I've had the error :

RAM parity error, likely hardware error

during make buildworld.

I have ran it on a Compaq Proliant 1600 with 64 = Mb(in 1)of=20 100MHz SDRAM and a 400MHz Pentium III

Apparently, it's have a hardware error with the = memory ... ;(=20

Can it be from another source like the system, cause = the=20 system have ran for a long time with SCO without problems ?

Are any issues to the problems but buying a new RAM=20 ?
