Hmmmm...

Whoops!  There was supposed to be a file called:

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/2.1.7-RELEASE/floppies/README.TXT

But when I went to verify its presence so I could point you to it,
I saw that it had somehow been omitted from this distribution!
Thanks for calling my attention to this - it was an error, plain
and simple, and it's now fixed!
