Hi doug,
	I've gotten it down to a MAC Address issue with the PAO distribution,
	just like the ze0 interface config.

I've installed the June PAO dist and have gotten to the same issue.
It recognizes the MAC with 02:ff:00 rather than 00:02:35
pccardc dumpcis gives me no clue as to where the MAC is...any hints ?
