Unfortunately they're in a datacenter a couple of hours away = and afraid I'm unsure of the bios version, we've only got them in the last = month or so though. The bios did have Hyperthreading enabled, I tried = disabling, but didn't seem to help. Incidentally I actually have two of them, both running UP for the moment with MySQL replicating between them and they don't seem to have any = trouble with me throwing full dumps of our content database at them. I've attached the pciconf and mptable output as well as going through = the messages and finding the last SMP boot I have.
