The reason the zh_TW link was disabled is that the download page is full of invalid links. It offers download for 11.0 on alpha, ia64, and pc98, none of which exist. It also offers downloads of unsupported versions, including 10.1 The zh_TW front page also lists 10.2 and 9.3 as supported, when they are not. I understand the desire to have the translations, and hope to re-enable them soon, but providing dangerously incorrect information, and broken download links leads to a worse experience then having only the correct english information available. If doceng disappears, they or I can revert the change. -- Allan Jude
