The Windows Refund page might help you: http://www.linuxmall.com/refund/ I'm not sure whether the current version of the Windows EULA still allows for a Refund though. An alternative to purchasing a Windows laptop and getting a refund would be to buy a laptop with Linux preloaded (e.g. from Dell), but in that case you'll probably pay for Red Hat instead with no chance of a refund.
