3.1-stable, rebuilt from source ~ 2 days ago.

    Stop.

At this point in the build process, texconfig doesn't exist in /usr/local/bin.
Copying it from .../work/teTeX-0.9/texk/tetex allows the install to 
continue.  

This problem didn't exist on a 2.2-stable system 1 week ago.

    Run "make install" in ports/print/teTeX-beta on a 3.1-stable system.
