Just installed 2.2.1 on an old 386-20, it has a new 14400 modem. Everything works but when I try tip i get: Lock open: No such file or directory all ports busy my system only shows to ports: sio0 at 0x3f8 irq4 on isa sio1 at 0x2f8 irq3 on isa sio0 is type 16450 sio1 is type 16550A sio2 & 3 show disabled, not probed Is it recognizing the modem? How can I tell? If not how do I configure it? BTW, I was trying to use tip to dial at command line, tip -14400 9661200 when i got the error message to do that I created a generic dial: tip14400|Dial any phone at 14400 bps:\ :dv=/dev/cuaa0:br#14400:at=hayes:pa=none:du: Your help is greatly appreciated!
