Hi,
My server suddenly gives the following errors, usually 4-5 times a day.
I follow the swap and memory usage, and there's plenty of both free mem
and swap space when the error is given:

Also the server locks and needs to be rebooted at least 2-3 times a day.
(it's at a remote location)

The server had been running well for nearly a year, these errors started
last week.
