Hi; I just purchased the Walnut Creek Freebsd CD and have some problem booting the system. On one pentium with integrated floppy/IDE controller, the system boots just fine. On a second pentium with Adaptec 1742 EISA integrated scsi/floppy controller, the system hangs with a floppy timeout after looking around and finding all the devices including the floppy. (I think it is trying to start up at that time) Any suggestions would be appreciated. Jeff Kulick The University of Alabama in Huntsville
