 I would just like to confirm that I have seen this aswell on:
 
 6.1-pX (don't remember which patchlevel)
 RELENG_6_2 cvsuped today (2006-11-20)
 CURRENT cvsuped today (2006-11-20)
 
 Once it has finally been detected properly it seems to work fine (so
 far at least). This being a 250 GB WD "My Book" drive.
