This is a FAQ, and should be in the FAQ (perhaps it is, but I missed
it).  The command is "midc".  I think "mc" conflicted with another
port.  If that bothers you, just set up a symbolic link mc -> midc in
/usr/local/bin, or use an alias in one of your shell alias files.
