Ok, I'm home and now I can verify the syntax in rc.conf

	ifconfig_ed0_alias0="inet 10.0.0.2 netmask 0xffffffff"
	ifconfig_ed0_alias1="inet 10.0.0.3 netmask 0xffffffff"
