Doesn't work.  M18 now requires world writablity in
${X11BASE}/lib/mozilla/chrome.  Running the registration programs
nolonger is sufficent.  I've been trying to go through code and get the
regchrome program to create the neccessary files (or put them in
~/.mozilla), but this is a lot more difficult to achieve than I thought
it would be...  I'm going to have to persuade someone from Netscape to
tell me how it's done.
