This is a semi-HEADUP.

I am going to commit the 3rd stage of syscons code reorganization
to -CURRENT.

As this is internal source code reorganization, you shouldn't see
any functional change.  There are a few new files.  So, you need to
run config(8) before you compile a new kernel next time.

If you experience or notice anything strange in the console, please
let me know.
