I have a sound blaster compatible sound card. I am not able to get mpg123 to play. It says cannot open /dev/dsp. There is no device /dev/snd0. All my attempts to do a MAKEDEV yeild nothing. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you. Rishi PS: I have compiled the sound support in the kernel.
