It fails to configure with:

 Configuring for py27-qt5-qscintilla2-2.9.1

Error: The QScintilla library could not be found in /usr/local/lib/qt5. If
QScintilla is installed then use the --qsci-libdir argument to explicitly
specify the correct directory.

(I don't need this ports, but I stumbled upon it).
