Hatched in hand, ready to go wack wack wack on the repository :-)

This can be cleaned up, it will involve doing the following:
  a) Make sure you (Satoshi) still has the bits imported as pTk.
  b) rm -rf ~ncvs/ports/*/pTk (reason for step a).
  c) repository copy nTk -> pTk
  d) skip the tag smash since there are non to smash :-)

Then turn it back to you (Satoshi) for imporing/commiting new bits.

Just let me know that you infact have the bits, and that you want me
to go ahead with b-d.
