I'm writing regarding: >Category: ports >Responsible: freebsd-ports >Synopsis: New port, LinAlg; request for local hosting >Arrival-Date: Fri Aug 13 10:00:02 PDT 1999 The source code itself is archived in LinAlg4.3.tar.gz, which I requested to be hosted locally. One has to have this file to build the port. I haven't sent this file as the FreeBSD port guide tells not to include code archives with new port submissions. So far nobody contacted me about the archive file. Provided that LinAlg is appropriate as a FreeBSD port and may indeed be hosted locally, is there any way I can send the LinAlg4.3.tar.gz archive so that LinAlg port can be built and verified?
