I don't know why there isn't an obvious link to these files
on http://www.freebsd.org, but there doesn't seem to be.

Anyway, ftp ftp.cdrom.com and cd to
/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/3.3-RELEASE/floppies, and there they are.

You will want to back up one directory to 3.3-RELEASE/tools and
get fdimage.exe, which you use to make floppies from the files
you download with fdimage kern.flp a:  (for example)
