Thanks for noticing before 01:00 UTC build today which obsoleted ffmpeg package after jpeg-turbo update. Fixed in r493097. FWIW, the bustage here was due to overoptimization of testing menu. I've assumed SVTAV1=off case was covered by non-amd64.
