You *cannot* put the boot.flp onto one disk, using the "normal" method. The boot.flp file has to be raw-written onto the disk using a program = called FDIMAGE.EXE, this file can be downloaded off the ftp servers, in the same directory = as fdimage.exe, If I am not very much mistaken.
