Packages, meta or otherwise, will not be built if ANY of the dependencies
failed to be built. For gnome3 or kde, this means that if ANY of the
hundreds of dependencies fails to build on current, which is often the
case, the package will not be available. As 11.0 gets closer to release,
those will hopefully fade away.
