I solved the problem by putting pentium3 instead of pentium3[m].

So why it's stated "pentium3[m]" in line 35 of
/usr/src/share/examples/etc/make.conf ?

#       (Intel CPUs) nocona pentium4[m] prescott pentium3[m] pentium-m
#        pentium2 pentiumpro pentium-mmx pentium i486 i386
