Chris-

This a PCI card all you should need is:

device pcm0
device csa0

and you may want/need to add 

options PNPBIOS

I have installed -current on a Thinkpad 570.  This seems to
work fine for audio cd's (the mixer portion); however, I get
nothing but silence from the /dev/audio or /dev/dsp (things
like waveplay and realaudio are noops for me :( )
