Note the date of the question about the lack of SA.

Or, perhaps it's a case of "I don't know which day comes first."
Take a closer look at the date the SA was released to the mailing
lists, and ask yourself how Ms Harrington was to search for a
message that isn't going to be created for 2 days.
I think this thread is dead.
