'git diff --cached' results for new port -> pfSense-pkg-DNSleaktest

Previous Diff file passed portlint -AC on FreeBSD 12.3 (Base) installation,=
 but
when I tested directly on a pfSense 2.6.0 (FreeBSD 12.3) installation, the
portlint -AC was failing. This was likely due to differences in the portlint
version. This updated Diff file reflects the changes made to ensure that bo=
th
'portlint -AC' and 'make install' for the pfSense-pkg-DNSleaktest passed
successfully.
