Well, what libs are spitting this out?  Most likely you need to update
Xwindows since Communicator was built on XFree86 3.3.1.   This shouldn't
cause any problems, just annoying messages.

You can't use CVSup to update Xfree, but you can download the necessary
files from ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/2.2.5-RELEASE/XF86311/, grab
the *.sh files, and run.

4.04 just came out for FreeBSD.
