The easiest way to do this is to put the Windows at 192.168.0.1, and enable "Internet Connection Sharing", with the FreeBSD on the system running at 192.168.9.X (1 < X < 127). Also FWIW, if you don't want to get reactions like this to Linux advocacy, it's probably a good idea to not post Linux Advocacy to a list beginning with "freebsd-".
