How do I work around > this :-/ ? This is quite possibly a bug that occurs when upgrading from pkg-1.2.7 to pkg-1.3.5.1. The solution is to run: # pkg clean -a # pkg update -f That will delete everything you've got in your package cache and force pkg to refetch all the catalogues from the repositories you're using. Oh -- depending on your hardware, you might want to use the new-xorg repository.
