We run one of our FBSD boxes on a DFI mainboard with 2 Mbytes 2nd level cache. I want to report this to the kernel and so I set PQ_CACHESIZE=2048, but kernel compilation fails. What's up? Is this facility only limited to built in 2nd level chaes or limited to 512KBytes? Gruss O.
