I believe Alexander was concerned about the people who have previously
subscribed to -ports with the explicit intention to monitor the PR
e-mails; for them, it would only be logical to have their subscription
transferred to -ports-bugs now.

However, since there is absolutely no way for the FreeBSD.org
postmasters - or even for the FreeBSD ports committers - to distinguish
between those who have subscribed for the PR's and those who have
subscribed for the ports-related discussions, I absolutely agree with
Kris that the subscriptions should not be (and they were not)
automatically transferred.

Thanks to the portmgr@ team and the FreeBSD mail server administrators
for setting up the -ports-bugs list!
