Here's an example. I run netscape for months without a hitch. Then all of the sudden... I type netscape and it sits there.. prompt> netscape (sits and wiats for 3 minutes before starting) During this time nothign happens, no huge jump in cpu consumption or memory leaks. It's like it's runnign fine, but it doesn't pop up it's window for 3 minutes. This is the same with the gnome file manager.
