You can grab a clean one from
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/etc/rc.conf.

You'll need to edit the new rc.conf to match your ifconfig_xxx lines in
your current one.  Enable other desired options, reboot, and you should be
OK.
