The disk is dead, or at least dying. Check the camcontrol manpage for instructions on enabling AWRE, and if it's enabled and this still happens, throw the disk out/RMA it/etc. > I find the following a little strange from a machine that was shut-down > properly.. > (da1:sym0:0:1:0): WRITE(06).
