We used to have access to them for the Java 5 and 6 binary releases the
FreeBSD Foundation did.  However, this looks like we can get them without
the associated NDA.

I think it's worth getting access to them.  I wonder if we should
coordinate that with the Foundation since the questions about whether
we're doing a distribution or not may be applicable to future plans.
