amd64 13.2 live system updated

I see there is PR 243550 & 235174 that is the same and was deemed unable to
reproduce, but I am seeing the same error. I'll get more logs and attach and
dig in some, but similarly I cannot get qgis updated.=20

I feel like I updated this last weekend fine, but after the boost bump it b=
roke
and won't rebuild. with it being installed or trying to build it without. s=
ame
2200 ish ports installed in both cases.=20

grass7 has these options set:
