load it by doing `kldload http_accf` (I don't have it loading at boot.)

My server's specifics:
FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE
Apache/2.2.4 (FreeBSD)
mod_ssl/2.2.4
OpenSSL/0.9.7e-p1
DAV/2
SVN/1.4.4
PHP/5.2.3 with Suhosin-Patch
