 3 questions:
 1. What you not add cvsdate to PORTVERSION? You in future is not update
 port to new cvs versions?
 2. What you not add emacs-devel to check-makevars section bsd.emacs.mk?
 3. Maybe emacs22 is bestest when emacs-devel for EMACS_PORT_NAME?
