I attended the 1st meeting and recommended that we include FreeBSD and Linux within the scope of the meeting. It looks like we'll be meeting once per month -- During the second or third week on (hopefully) Thursdays. This meeting was held at the Four Seas restaurant in Chinatown. Probably the next few will also be there. The co-ordinators name is Arthur F. Tyde III (aftyde@slip.net). There is also a group that meets (first Wednesday???) in San Jose that's called something like the: Silicon Valley PC User's Group, Linux and Low Cost Unix Special Interest Group (SVPCUG/LSIG) You can find out more about them at: http://www.worldtalk.com/svcs.linux/ Other than that I don't know of any. If joining one of these doesn't appeal to you, and you want to start one that's specific to FreeBSD let me know. Jim Dennis, Starshine Technical Services
