Default Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk to postgresql94-*

Postgresql 9.4 has been released on 2014-12-18. By now, it's at 9.4.4 (released
2015-06-12) and comes with many interesting features (see release notes [1]).

Patch attached sets postgresql 9.4 as default version.
