For personal use, you can setup proctool or other filter programs, in
you .forward. Mostly, it's a matter of making a list of people/domains
that you don't want to get mail from and dumping it into the bit bucket.

The rule for proctool goes something like:
:0
* ^From:.*1800batteries.com
* ^From:.*ThePres.com
* ^From:.*savetrees.com      
	.
	.
	.
/dev/null
