This problem occurs when multiple OpenCL platforms are installed on FreeBSD
using an ICD, like devel/ocl-icd.


# pkg info -xo clinfo
clinfo-2.1.16.01.12            devel/clinfo

# clinfo
Unable to find symbol pthread_mutexattr_setkind_np version (null). Aborting.
Abort

The problem shown above might be related to these bugs:

In my view this is due to a bug in LLVM, reported years ago here for LLVM 3=
