Take a look at http://www.ravantivirus.com/ they supply a FreeBSD version. Unfortunately it is a commercial product ($299 per server). For a more comprehensive list have a look at http://www.linux.org/apps/all/System/Anti-Virus.html not all of them are available for FreeBSD though.
