Right now there is an audit of FreeBSD underway. http://www.freebsd.org/~danny/ All known Y2K bugs have been fixed in 2.2.8-STABLE and 3.1-STABLE (and obviously 4.0-CURRENT). Patches are planned for the 2.2.8-RELEASE and 3.0-RELEASE (I think).
