I configured my xl0 device to listen on two IP adresses. The problem is that I can see those two adresses being configured with ifconfig xl0 but I can't ping the second (aliased) IP-address. The thing that makes this situation really weired is that I CAN ping the first AND the second IP adress from another host. Both adresses are on the same Class C network. No firewalls are configured. Any ideas?? Alex To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
