If you installed docs, you'll have the uucp.info files in /usr/share/info. You may have to add an entry in /usr/share/info/dir. There are several sites with UUCP docs on line. Search Yahoo for uucp. There is also a good description of sendmail configuration for use with UUCP in the FAQs.
