But I was getting a similar error (the setup dialog not going away) under 3.2. I borrowed from Warren's document at minnie.cs.adfa.edu.au and came up with a different procedure that seems to work under 3.2, and I'm guessing it'll work under 4.0 as well---and no library substitutions, either.
