I am having a problem starting my apache. The
script in /usr/local/etc/rc.d starts it automaticaly
on reboot without any problems however, when I stop
the server and try to restart the process it gives me
the following output in the log file:

 pid file /usr/HTTPServer/logs/httpd.pid overwritten
--
Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run?.

I shutdown the server with apachectl stop so it's not
being killed. It never wants to start on the fly has
 anyone had this problem???
