Like the typical setup, I would like to have the owner of the domain have ftp access to their own web folder. Is there a recommended way to perform this task? Is there a way to configure a user profile for each user that contains all of their information (ie email and ftp passwords) instead of configuring user account information within the config files for each program? I am in the process of converting all of my windows servers to BSD and would like to get all of my domains transferred over as soon as possible. I have successfully got a few virtual domains set up with apache, the location for these domains are /inet/www/ with the name of the domain being the subdirectory used to store the actual web. I have not configured an ftp daemon yet and would appreciate any pointers that will help me choose the right one for my application. My email system is a future concern at this point, but any instruction on a pop daemon that can be used with a referred control panel would be appreciated.
